The vegan Mangalore - Sweet potato , chickpea, mushroom, red pepper , sumptuous veg curry with Minas Madras spices and finished with coconut milk .
Shahi - has cashew, Almond and coconut to elevate the fragrance of a normal Korma , full of flavour with less of the heat .
