We are currently alternating our weeks between Minas Cookery School and Khushi kitchen . Therefore we will only be taking orders every two weeks . We will be open for fresh curry orders on the Dates below (Please note this offering is closed in the Summer term End July - END August) :

I have been making sourdough at home now for 5 years and my aim is to teach sourdough and avoiding all the mistakes I have made on my learning journey to get you to the stage I am at now. of course as all bakers know the journey never ends and it only gets better if we share or experiences :-) .
